Onirade inc. (hereinafter “Onirade”) operates the website onirade.com (hereinafter the “Website”). The name and NEQ of your business;
The domain of activity of your business;
The name and NEQ of your client;
The amount of the account receivable you wish to factor and whether it is pledged as collateral;
The way you heard about Onirade.

In order to better evaluate your file, Onirade may also ask you additional questions about your business, the account receivable proposed for factoring, your past business relations with your client, etc.

Any phone call between Onirade and you may be recorded.

4. PAYMENTS

Financial data will be asked of you in order to process the payment of your claim or debt, as the case may be. Such data will be used and stored with diligence and in a confidential manner.

5. TIME OF DATA COLLECTION

Onirade may collect data on your business and yourself through your interactions on the Website, when your fill out forms, at the occasion of any communication between Onirade and you, or through our presence on social media.

6. DURATION OF DATA STORAGE
